PMI hosted CONNECT in June to teach their highly-acclaimed Power, Politics, & Partnership in Strategic Workshop to PMI members in Des Moines. This dynamic, invigorating, and enlightening one-and-a-half day workshop provided insight and strategies on how to create cross-functional collaboration between executives, steering committees, customers, functional managers, program managers, project managers, and project teams. Instructors, Maureen Clarry and Lorna Rickard, taught hands-on exercises, in-class coaching, and peer discussion to reinforce participants’ learning.
