Synopsis: Just as change is a certainty in business, business owners/managers operate in a climate of continuous change. Change happens, whether managed or not. A sense of urgency must be derived from the recognition that today’s business is endlessly competitive, demanding and difficult. Urgency is the natural motivator for change. The question is: will people successfully adjust to these changes or be overwhelmed by them and take performance and productivity with them? Psychological research tells us that motivation is highest when the probability of success is 50 percent. We don’t get involved if the task is too easy or too hard. This session will explore some tips for improving individual, team and organizational accountability.More information »
